Receptionist – Administrative Department (Part-Time/On-Call)

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact at the agency, you need to effortlessly emanate a welcoming and friendly voice to all visitors and callers.

You will be a dependable and efficient support to the Office Manager and efficiently perform various clerical support duties, including greeting, registering, and directing visitors and telephone calls to the appropriate staff member. You will be providing assistance with agency vehicle key sign-in/out;  credit card use as authorised while ensuring original receipts are submitted and performing other duties as necessary. The work hours are primarily evening and/or night shifts with some flexibility.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent at the minimum. One year's experience at a busy front office to include an ability to deal with multiple requests simultaneously.

 

Resident Manager – Residential Services Department (Full-Time)

Do you have a passion for working with vulnerable populations? Put that passion to work in our residential program for pregnant and parenting teenage girls at St. Ann’s. Incumbent supports and encourages our female residents in their compliance with the Teen Mother program as outlined in the current program handbook. You will be there to provide the clients with mentoring support in their medical and emotional needs You will be part of a team effort to provide holistic and quality care as outlined by a professional team. Maintains supervisory responsibility for staff and residents in conjunction with the Program Director. The tour of duty includes evening hours with some flexibility.

Requirements: Must have an Associate degree in Human Services or a related area at a minimum (Bachelors degree is preferred) and at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience and work with adolescents in a residential setting.

 

Social Worker – Clinical Social Work Services Department (Full-Time)

Do you have a passion for working with vulnerable populations? Put that passion to work in our residential program for pregnant and parenting teenage girls at St. Ann’s. Incumbent must have strong clinical skills, including that of assessment, interviewing and intervention. Also serves as an advocate for clients & acts as a liaison with family members and referring agencies. Must be able to handle and keep pace with the demands of clients with trauma histories. Evening work will be required.

Requirements: Masters in Social Work and licensed in MD (LGSW, LCSW) with at least two (2) years of experience working with adult women, young children, adolescents and pregnant/parenting teenage girls.

 

Child Care Teachers - Child Care Center (Full-time)

When you join us as a Child Care Teacher at St. Ann’s, you will be part of a team that is passionate about young children. You will experience the smiles and squeals of excitement from children as they make new friends, play with their favorite toys, or read their favorite book. You will have the opportunity to inspire and foster early childhood development ensuring that each child is reaching their milestones. You will experience engaging collaborations with co-workers to provide safety, development, nutrition, hygiene, socialization, and emotional wellbeing of each child. 

Requirements for Teachers: High School Diploma or equivalent with CDA in Infants/Toddlers, training in ADA, Breastfeeding and 9 hours communication, plus one year of experience in a licensed child care facility. Must be at least 20 years of age.
