Child Care Teachers and Aides - Child Care Center (Full-time/Part-time)

When you join us as a Child Care Teacher or Aide at St. Ann’s, you will be part of a team that is passionate about young children. You will experience the smiles and squeals of excitement from children as they make new friends, play with their favorite toys, or read their favorite book. You will have the opportunity to inspire and foster early childhood development ensuring that each child is reaching their milestones. You will experience engaging collaborations with co-workers to provide safety, development, nutrition, hygiene, socialization, and emotional wellbeing of each child. 

Requirements for Teachers: High School Diploma or equivalent with CDA in Infants/Toddlers, training in ADA, Breastfeeding and 9 hours communication, plus one year of experience in a licensed child care facility. Must be at least 20 years of age.

Requirements for Aides: High School Diploma or related courses in child development, Must be at least 16 years of age.

 

Marketing and Communications Specialist - Development (Full-time)

Are you a computer savvy individual with a good eye and capable of generating creativity that is outside of the box? Then this position could be for you!

We need someone to expand and monitor the organization’s online presence with a view to achieving a higher profile and awareness for the agency, its people and current programs.The primary responsibility of the position is to develop and execute marketing communications activities that clearly articulate the organization’s goals, strategies and impact on community.You will also assist with fundraising events and participate in designated workplace campaign strategies.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations. Ability to work with Microsoft Office suite, Canva, graphic design and Google applications. Proven experience with website and social networking sites.

 

Grants Manager - Development (Full-time)

 As a team member of our Development department, primary tasks are to identifiy and research corporations, foundations, local and federal grants & contract opportunities. You will research funding source proposal requirements and comply with submittal deadlines in terms of writing, editing and proofreading proposals and reports to corporate, foundation, and government funders. incumbent tracks status of proposals and follows up so as to provide required additional information to funding sources. Maintains a collection of appropriate data and outcomes to report to funders.

Requirements: Bachelors Degree, preferably in English or Journalism and equivalent related work experience.
