We are currently accepting applications for children ages 2 to 4 years old. To enroll your toddler or preschooler in St. Ann's Child Care Center, please follow these steps:

1. Download the Application form below. 
2. Fill out the application and email it back to [email protected] or mail it to 4901 Eastern Avenue, Hyattsville, MD 20782. 
3. When we have received your completed application, we will notify you of a possible vacancy or that you are on the waiting list. Then, when an opening occurs, we'll call you to arrange an interview.
