Your generous contributions are vital in supporting our mission and providing essential services to mothers, youth, and children at St. Ann’s Center. Due to staffing and storage limitations, we kindly request that all donations be new items unless specified otherwise. This list is updated periodically, so please check our website for list updates. We sincerely appreciate your giving spirit in helping to meet the needs of our residents. Thank you!

 

Mothers’ Needs

  • Gift Cards: Uber, Amazon, Giant, Walmart, CVS, Home Depot, and Staples.
    • Note on Gift Cards: We empower our residents to make informed financial decisions. Your generous gift card contributions enhance their sense of autonomy and are greatly appreciated.
  • Breast Pumps: New and like-new electric models.
  • Women's Clothing: Including athleisure, leggings, maternity wear, and professional attire. Great need for plus sizes; all sizes welcome. Youthful clothing only.
  • Women’s Underwear: Plus sizes only.
  • Purses
  • Bath Robes and Slippers: All sizes; great need for plus sizes.
  • Pajamas: All sizes; great need for plus sizes.
  • Women’s Raincoats: Great need for plus sizes; all sizes welcome.
  • Umbrellas: All sizes.
  • Bath and Body Works Products: Soap, lotion, and body sprays.
  • Hair Care Products: Brushes, combs, hair wraps, bonnets, headbands, and hair ties. For women of color.
  • Makeup: Lip gloss, lipsticks, and blush. For women of color.
  • Books: Fictional, nonfictional, self-help, and parenting books. No mature content, please.
  • Additional Self-Care Items for the Body: Water bottles, fitness items, snack containers, manicure & pedicure kits, and women’s perfumes.
  • Additional Self-Care Items for the Mind: Notebooks, journals, planners, essential oils, and craft supplies.

  • Night Lights: Battery-powered; color-changing preferred.
  • Children’s Formula: Nido and Similac (advanced/pro advanced) only.
  • Pull-Ups: Sizes 5, 6 & 7.
  • Car Seats: All sizes; special need for older kids.
  • Booster Seats
  • Children’s Books: Special need for dual-language board books (French/English, Spanish/English).
  • Educational Math and Science Toys: For ages 1-4; no choking hazards.
  • Translucent Light Table Toys

  • Construction Paper: White and red, sizes 12 x 18 and 11.5 x 12.
  • Sticky Notes: Standard size, all colors.

Children’s Clothing Needs

  • Infant Footed Onesies: Gender-neutral preferred, but all are accepted.

  • Girls’ Underwear: Sizes 2T to 8.
  • Girls’ Fall/Winter Clothes: Sizes 4 to 8.
  • Boys’ Pajamas: Sizes 2T to 12.
  • Boys’ Underwear: Sizes 2T to 12.

Home Needs

  • Dishware: Shatterproof, microwave-safe, machine-washable plates and bowls.
  • Drinkware: Shatterproof, machine-washable cups.
  • Flatware: Machine-washable forks, spoons, and butter knives.
  • Cookware Sets: 7-8 piece pots and pans sets.
  • Microwave Ovens
  • Toasters: Standard size.
  • Vacuum Cleaners: Upright, corded models.
  • Irons: For clothing care.
  • Towel Sets: Bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels in white.
  • Pillows: Standard size.
  • Laundry Detergent: Powder form; larger containers preferred.
  • Shower Curtains and Liners
  • Bath Mats: Nonslip for inside and outside the shower.
  • Kitchen Scrub Sponges
